Design Lead and managed internal and external design and engineering resources in US and Europe to deliver Rubbermaid's innovative food prep tool line. Program was significant in that it allowed Rubbermaid to reclaim a core consumer / retail area that it had been absent from for over 10 years.

In-home ethnographic research and focus groups in US, Belgium, France, Germany and Italy allowed team to deliver a globally relevant and successful program across multiple price point offerings.
Consumer driven innovation drove program to offer meaningful solutions to consumer's needs across more than 50 skus with a  focus on ease of use, cleaning and storage.

An elegant and mature aesthetic was developed to
create a modern signature look that complements Rubbermaid's diverse and
broad kitchen portfolio in prep and food storage.

Worked on location in Asia for vendor sourcing as well as program development.
